Carson Development - Ledge Rock Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Johnstown, CO
Ledge Rock Apartments is looking for a hands on Maintenance Technician who is all around handy man that has possibly done home remodeling . This is a fulltime position, Monday-Friday with Saturday availability a requirement.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Plans and schedules a program of preventive maintenance and repairs; Follows through in a timely manner, various maintenance and repair tasks. Determines priority of work; Experience in the maintenance and repair of heating and cooling equipment and other related electrical and mechanical equipment; May construct or supervise the construction of partitions, carports, fences, and Doors; Conducts periodic inspections of the buildings and grounds to ascertain maintenance needs; Takes part in the repair and maintenance of buildings including painting, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, glass, and metal work; Must be HVAC Certified and efficient in troubleshooting and repairs. Estimates cost of maintenance and repair projects; May operate various power equipment including saws, planers, routers, sanders, and gas and electric welders; Requisitions equipment and supplies according to a prescribed manner; Reports difficult or costly problems to superiors for proposed methods of solution; Repairs pumps, motors, and replaces seals on various cooling, refrigeration, and heating systems; Repairs and replaces broken or ruptured water lines; May be required to maintain swimming pool; Must have own tools; Maintains appropriate records on maintenance operations. HVAC certification is a plus!
Requirements:
5 years Maintenance experience
3 years with Commercial Property Builds
MEP Knowledge
HVAC Certified preferred
Property Management software knowledge
Weekend Emergency on call is mandatory in this position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
